The recently formed American based team Crackmasters has an interesting story behind their name that may be a little different than what you would expect.
The name Crackmasters actually comes from the famous cycling announcer Phil Liggett. On almost every mountain stage that he announces he always talks about the riders cracking. This means that the rider or riders have given all that they have and have gone into the red and can't hold that pace anymore. Therefore the team name was decided to be the Crackmasters because of the team superior ability to overcome this threshold of pain and mental weakness.
Our team is based on the toughest climbers in the business. We may not always be the most skilled team but because of sheer determination and grit we are able to accomplish great results. Our scouting specialists look for the resilient athletes in the field to fill our rosters.
We are rising fast and will continue to dominate with power and superior mental toughness .
